C. Craig Palmore - Director, Business Development
Mr. Palmore is a company co-founder and leads business development. His prior experience includes a variety of leadership positions in finance, technology and engineering companies. Before starting Engedi, Mr. Palmore was a manager in the financial risk management group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before joining PwC Mr. Palmore worked at the
KMV Corporation, a leading credit risk analytics firm, where he
was responsible for marketing, sales, training and product support
to clients representing the largest and most sophisticated commercial
and investment banks. Earlier at Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) Mr. Palmore
assisted in the credit management of industry segment portfolios
where his work included financial forecasting and modeling, credit
rating assessment, counterparty and industry analysis, and financial
products trading line support. Mr. Palmore
co-founded an engineering consulting company in the early 90's and
most recently was a co-founder of a financial technology company
in New York City serving the needs of commercial banks and fund
managers. Mr. Palmore received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the
Virginia Military Institute and then served six years on active
duty with the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps with duty assignments
in Washington DC, Antarctica, Micronesia and Hanoi, Vietnam.
Mr. Palmore is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of
Virginia and received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business
at Duke University. Mr. Palmore is a member of the Licensing
Executives Society and the Association
of University Technology Managers.

Jonathan "JJ" Blackburn - Consultant, Product Testing and Installation Support
Mr. Blackburn provides product testing and evaluation services, and he leads the Key2 SRMa™ product installation, set-up support and training for Engedi partners and customers. He set-up and maintains two network test and development environments for the company, including an IPv6 network. Mr. Blackburn's work is focused on network infrastructure security and information security.
Mr. Blackburn holds a CCNA from Cisco and the NSTISSI No. 4011 Certification for Information Systems Security Professionals. He has a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University and earned his MS in Computer Science from George Mason University.
Jeff Carley - Consultant, Technology Development and Patenting
Mr. Carley is a company co-founder and Director. He serves as a consultant to the company on technology patenting and development. He has over 20 years of experience designing and developing communication protocols, establishing and validating architectural standards, and designing large enterprise networks. His experience includes developing and executing product level and system level test plans, selecting management tools and defining procedures for product offerings. Mr. Carley has provided support for the outsourced management of numerous large networks such as those of MCI. His recent work includes serving as a Senior Engineer supporting the global network of Janus, a leading asset manager in the financial industry.
Mr. Carley has developed and taught network operations and security classes and workshops, and has presented at numerous tradeshows and conferences. He has patents pending or issued on over a dozen innovations in the communications industry.

Mr. Carley received his B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Dr. Leclerc is a consultant to Engedi, providing software development services. Dr. Leclerc works on the development of Engedi's Key2 SRM technology and other company software development projects. He is an associate professor of computer science at the College of Charleston. Dr. Leclerc's areas of interest are global optimization, computer graphics, and parallel numerical computation.
Dr. Leclerc received his Computer Science Ph.D. from The Ohio State University in 1992.
Dr. Wayne J. Staats - Consultant, Software Development Team
Dr. Staats is a member of the software development team for Engedi Technologies and acts as an advisor and consultant for related technology projects. Dr. Staats has broad based commercial experience working with Rockwell Collins, IBM Corporation, Questra Consulting and Burmair Research as a software programmer, team manager and developer. Dr Staats was a founder and Director of the Stetson Software Institute, an
organization created to provide computer science students with corporate experience by contracting with corporations for the development of software . Dr Staats is a former Associate Professor of Computer Science at the College of Charleston, and he is a highly skilled instructor. Dr Staats has developed and taught courses in networking, client/server development, data structures using Java, compiler construction, assembly language and architecture, digital electronics, and operating systems.
Dr. Staats earned his PhD in Computer Science and his MS in Computer Engineering from NC State University. He has a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Westminster College.
Tim Lu - Consultant, Software Development
Mr. Lu provides software development services to Engedi. He has worked on the software development teams for Engedi to create the Key2 SRMa™ P2 model and the Key2 Control (K2t)™ software . As a software developer, Mr Lu has worked on projects with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, DentalXChange.com, and the Stetson Software Institute.
Mr. Lu has a BS in Computer Science from Stetson University and his MS in Computer Science from the College of Charleston.
Dr. Randolph Palmore - Consultant, HIPAA Compliance & Healthcare Solutions
Dr. Palmore advises the company on the application of the company’s solutions to healthcare networks subject to the regulations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Healthcare business practices are today increasingly driven by evolving standards for privacy and security of electronic protected health information, such as patient medical records. Engedi’s patent-pending technology provides remediation to known and reasonably anticipated network system vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities, if left unattended, pose threats or hazards to the security or integrity of the protected medical information. Dr Palmore provides the insight and leadership to Engedi for delivering the company's network security solutions to healthcare providers working to comply with new business process standards as mandated by the HIPAA security rules.
Dr. Randolph Palmore is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and received his MD from the Medical College of Virginia.
